Problem with ricoh SPC232sf on Scan to folder

Hi

I have a problem with ricoh spc232sf. My problem are scan to folder on window7.
When i shared folder on win7 & check the path, its ok on win 7.
I program the path in the web image monitor, when i check on ricoh spc232sf connection fail
but on win xp,server 2003 its ok
What wong on Window 7? Can someone tell me what to do.

I've never worked on one of these, but with the larger Ricohs, It's almost always an out-dated firmware issue

Make sure that all your security and permissions are set on the folder
I would add everyone and then go back to the MFP and see if you can browse to the folder

You will need the lateset firware on the mch....Win7 Nightmare
