paper orientation could be the factor there, cause if you're running 8 1/2 x 11R it would not pass along the whole length of the guide. i have gotten this problem so many times already.

I,m hearin ya, but I seen a 2022 with both trays A4 LEF (same same both trays) tray 1 would crease, tray 2 was ok even with new paper. The fuser guide was warped and repositioned as described by sharpmind........(and the tray guides were good as well lol)

Try also to adjust SP 1908 for the 1. Tray, it may help.

Wasn't dismissing out of hand, but following the logical course. The symptom does indicate that tray 1 is the most likely cause and should be checked before changing parts (And he already changed the pressure roller)
