Afternoon guys! Got a bit of a problem I have been working on and wanted to get your opinion.
We currently have 2 old Richo MFP and 2 new Richo MFP. I found we were unable to use Scanrouter with our new ones but ever since today we are having issues with our two old printers with Scanrouter.
It seems to be crashing on us with a Visual C++ Runtime Error.

And in Scanrouter we get the following error: "Launching of the scanner driver has failed." The error repeats every 1 second and the only way to keep documents moving is to start services and it will then crash a few minuites later.
Anyone have any ideas?
I have tried restarting the following services:
DDS Scheduler Daemon, ScanRouterDriverV2, Ridoc Information Service, SOption
