Displays the number of sheets printed for each current maintenance unit.
For clearing the counters, see SP7-804
Developers and O/S unit is 60 k, the rest is 120k

      thanks, I know it.
      But am I correct?
      7-803-09 WasteTnr:OPC = T/B waste toner bottle, 3.6.2 WASTE TONER BOTTLES

      7-803-10 WasteTnr:Belt = O/B waste toner bottle, 3.6.2 WASTE TONER BOTTLES

7-803-19 PaperTransUnit = 3.7 PAPER TRANSFER UNIT(3.7.1 VERTICAL TRANSPORT UNIT, 3.7.2 TRANSFER ROLLER)

but 7-803-01 Paper , what is that location ?

        you are correct. AFAIK

"paper" is total sheets thru the machine. when it trips the "PM" light comes on.

          thanks, little trouble...

is it base "Fusing Unit, PM TABLE", when need doing "Fusing Unit" replace,
as same time doing "paper" replace?

when need replace "paper", need replace what items, is it ALL roller(s)?

With these things you do not need to worry about the PM counts of the waste toner bottles, the machine will tell you when they are full, simply drop the front door down, pull out the bungs and empty them into a suitable bag.. job done. Reset the counter if you wish.

Again the PTR unit/roller rarely if ever causes a problem even if it's well over it's PM life.

The things you need to be concerned about are...

The development units, not so much their PM life as IMO they never reach that, but whether they are producing a consistent solid without any white deletions (this goes for all colours so make a single colour copy in all CMYK)

The PCU unit, specifically the cleaning unit, when you make a full colour copy make sure that each colour is distinct and doesn't have any streaks in it (usually you'll see streaks of cyan in the yellow component). If the lead edge of full colour copies is getting smudged/smeared but black/white & single colour is fine then you've got quite a serious problem involving the whole transport gearbox needing to come out. The PCU unit generally reaches/exceeds it's PM life without too much trouble and it easy to replace (even though it's bulky as hell). The charge corona unit is very sensitive to toner contamination and it is in a position where it will get crapped up if the cleaning unit has failed on the PCU.

The fuser uses a soft rubber belt, soft rubber pressure roller and applies silicon oil directly to the fuser belt. Run your hand underneath the fuser and check that there isn't oil leakage, in a worst case scenario the oil unit leaks onto the transfer belt causing oil contamination of the PCU cleaning units and the development units. If you get a groaning noise whilst running a long job (10+ pages or so) then the oil felt wick is dry and needs cleaning/replacing. If belt/pressure roller are starved of oil it won't take long for them to destroy themselves.
