Have a C900 that won't jog properly when corner stapling. Same finisher is on a 1357 and 1107 (in the same room), with no issues. Came up with a field fix - would love to hear any feedback (including whether I missed something obvious that would've fixed this). Should be a pdf attached.

Investigate the joggers itself (Pos.: 16 & 18), they tend to get incisions from the Paper, if they are deep enough, they work like pincers then and randomly pull sheets out of alignmentIf sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions! -

okay, i mismatched the sorter types, so it seems..
