    [ MPC 3001/3501/4501/5501 Waste Toner Problem ] Engine firmware update required.

    For your information.



    There is a potentially serious waste toner issue on the MPC 3001 / 3501 / 4501 / 5501 model range. (see attached for details).

    The engine firmware has been updated to address the issue.

          Engine level "H" has been released for both series to address this problem.
