    COVERAGE COUNTERS?

    Hey, All. Check out this counter report from a MP7500. What exactly is the coverage counters at the bottom, and how is this number arrived at? This is the only machine I have that puts this # on the counter sheet. Why is that?

    I've never seen this on the Counter sheet but you can see the same thing in the SP8851 (On the MPc6000). Other machines have them too. The number represents the percentage of dot coverage. I think it aid in figuring cpc contracts.

        Thanks for the response, guys. That sheds a little light on the subject. I'd never noticed 5056 before, but that is how you get it to print on the sheet.
