print, fax and scanner works ok.
service mode you can adjust the copy?

First, what model are we talking about? In general, if the prints look ok but copies are light then there are a couple of things to check.

• Make sure the optics (mirrors and platen glass) are clean
• Try making copies in Text mode, not Text/Photo

Generally there are tweeks that can be done in User Tools or Service mode, but without knowing the model there are too many variables involved. Also post a sample if you can of images that are printed and copied for comparison and list what service has been performed on it recently and how long since the last Preventative Maintenance.
