machine didn't make rotat sort model 3025 i'm adding also consol but i'm noticed some thing weird this consol watched in touch screen but when i want to change paper measure machine from system setting didn't seen any consol did this machine need to update firmware???????????? and it distripute afew papers and stop. thanks

I'd like to help but I really don't understand your post. You have a problem with rotate sort?

rotate sort working afew papers then machine sluggish or hangged

sc 870-1 but i used to rotate without hdd

Firmware history shows that several problems were addressed when using rotate & sort. I would definitely bring the machine up to the latest firmware.

You have to replace the HDD first.If you are sorting a lot of copies, HDD is required.Some functions in the machine are disabled when HDD is defective.

when i faced this threat i went to anther customer and also didn't have HDD and working perfect so guies thanks for help i will try to update firmware.....
