I have aprejudiceinfotecmpc6501spgives meproblemssensori.dalfirst andsecond drawerdoes not recognizethe paper whilethe thirdis jammed.





salve ho una infotec mpc6501sp, mi da problemi si sensori.dal primo e secondo cassetto non riconosce la carta mentre dal terzo si inceppa.

Wow, you do have problems.

replace the sensor, update the firmware.

Check and make sure there isn't paper jammed into the back of the trays. Often users will clear a jam and leave paper back there which can block the tray sensors. Sounds like firmware may be a good step to go too.
