    [CQ] Ricoh Aficio MP161

Getting back ground on front side of copy and black bands on the back side(top). I replaced the photo conductor unit thinking that was the problem but it didn't fix the problem. The machine has 77,000 copies on it. HELP!!!

Try cleaning or replacing the transfer roller, also are you using OEM or generic toner?

Check the cassette grounding tabs.. I believe there's a tech bulletin on it.

Is the Id sensor plugged in? Or is it dirty? Try running id sensor analysis and check the readings. Also is the dev bias ok?
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
