I have rebuilt fuser, pcu (drum, developer ect) copies on both machines are getting lighter. I also performed

How is the image quality of Printing? If it is better than copying, then the lightness is due to dirty optics. Clean the scanner lamp, reflectors, exposure glass, etc., and laser filter glass (under toner cartridge).
If both copy and print quality are light, I would look at whether you rebuilt the units with OEM parts or not. If not, I'd lean towards that being the problem. These units are best when simply replaced as an assembly (Type 1027 works perfectly, and is a much less expensive option). Also, what type of toner? Oem or Compatible? Never use Compatible toner in Ricoh.
