    Ricoh MP4000 + LCT

When feeding from LCT-"1200 sheet" (D353), it often gives a double feed. At first I thought the quality of the paper was bad, but putting it in drawer 1 it runs good with no double feeds. So I replaced the seperator roller, feed roller and even shortened the spring to give more pressure on the seperator roller. Tested for more then 100 copys with no double feed. However, today customer called that the paper again came out double feeded, sometimes.

Anyone had this problem on a LCT-1200 ?

    Thanks in advance

Torque limiter would be the next step I think. Is it on a level surface on the same angle as the machine too?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
