    [CQ] Scanned image crooked

I work on Aficio 2035, scanned image crooked in both ADF and platen glass. I wonder is there a way to adjust the scanner for this machine. Please advice. Thanks.

grab the front corner of the scanner and lift it as hard as you can for a few seconds

That's right. People use the left front of the machine as a leaning post which causes the scanner to sag. A good yank up on it usually takes care of it.
