Looking at your biography I'm going to say you are not from the US (or Australia). I will take a wild guess and say you are from China and probably have some difficulty with the language. In any case, asking for all of the firmware for a particular model is a bit much. This is not something that can be emailed as an attachment, someone will have to take the time to upload it to a file share site. You need to find a reliable local source or contact an authorized dealer for help. Your biography says you are trained on Ricoh and Canons so you should have access to the Ricoh Support site or need to register there.

Its been happening for a while now Oze, first Coca Cola then McDonalds, we did try to buy them off by sending Paul Hogan overthere as a peace offering but it hasn't seemed to have worked.At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.Comment
