hello! I have a problem of connectivity in an mpc 4500 ... the machine recognizes the network card, I can configure an IP, recognizes printing and scanning applications, the lights are lit connector to connect the cable, but the ping fails, when you disconnect and reconnect the cable sometimes one of ping packets and then goes well still fails, the machine printed but before it crashed, switching the ram probe with another machine, sd memory, the HD, format the ncs probe from the 5801 sp ... try disabling the network card from the sp 5895 and re-enable, remove the fax board because at some time gave me the error sc 819 ... what else I can try Nose, help please!

Before you spend a lot of time on the MFP, I would start by putting my laptop on the cable and see if it can connect and maintains the connection. Then ping another node on the network (like the server):
ping 000.000.000 -t
If your laptop is dropping off the network, the MFP is going to react the same way. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
