    1224c scanner

Client gets blurred image only on copy, thus looks .like ccd assembly may be shot as lamp and mirrors move freely and prints are fine.

Does anyone know if the ccd is the same on any other units like 3224c .or 2232c?

    All
    Thanks

Is the scan lamp slightly skewed ? I had scanner (where the lamp assy attaches to the drive belt/wire) come loose, and the scan lamp was on a slight angle.

Years ago, there was an issue with 1224c ccd assys due to loosen adhesive points. Ricoh changed them in warranty that times; if in need, i can look, if some of them are still loiter around in our stock
