[CQ] copy quality

when having a problem with copy quality on a ricoh mp 2000, concerning light copies. the laser unit has been cleaned up and the drum unit, but it still give me a hard time fixing the copy quality on that. where can i look for more info concerning the light copies?

Check the charge voltage (-1700) and the development bias (-650)
