    aficio mp7500 finisher problem

    Dear sir
    I have same problem on 2 on my aficio mp7500 machines finisher , that papers do not output in the right way i don't know exactly how to describe it so I took pictures ,pleas find attached pics.

      I was just thinking that. Jogger assembly but no gathering rollers. As Adam Savage would say - "there's your problem".
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        You are missing at least some, if not all, of the parts circled in the attached image. Part #29 in the diagram are the foam rollers that the others are talking about...

          Dear allThank you for your replay , the sponge rollers are there , please find attached pic , but my problem is that the output papers comes on top of these rollers not under them

                Agreed,looks like the sponge rollers to me as well. I always carry a couple in my in my service kit these days.
