[CQ] MPC 2000 'no toner' black

    Hi all
I've got a problem with an mpc 2000 where it won't detect that its got toner, I have changed the pump and tested it in output check and toner does flow through, the dev unit is full of toner too so I assume there is drive to the dev unit , I've changed toner cartridges just to check , I've also swapped the dev/pcu unit which works for a while then the message reoccurs 'no toner - black' so I'm running out of ideas .
    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    Regards
    Ben

set SP3-045 to off and check for open cover message stopping toner add.
Can you "force" add toner? SP3015

Athena's can be a bitch for this. Look for the birth certificate our print off the non default values from SP modes, then do an engine clear. You'll have to switch off toner refill detection display in SP's after you've done this.
