If you got a file on it starting with "D0091496" (for the bw model), then you should have other languages (not sure on the one he wants, though)...

There is only one language firmware. A list of all available language to select from is given at time of installing the firmware. If the language you need is not on the list, you must contact Ricoh and ask to have a Custom language firmware written for you.

Firmware is readily available on the TSC website, these guys don't have a login? Then they must be imposters !

I'm an independent. I was a dealer for 15 years, and my privileges got yanked without warning.
That's the case for a lot of people around here.
Sure, there are hacks etc., among us (including in this thread), but many of us are in need of assistance through no fault of our own, and are just trying to pay the bills!
I try to pitch in as much or more than I get from this site, so that when I do require something like firmware to get me out of a pinch, I might not hesitate to ask for help

No. You won't see me ask for things like that in an open forum, and I would also never 'cold call' a member with a PM for something like that. I do try to keep my begging to a minimum.
I have had a couple of very generous members reach out to me, and offer to help out whenever I needed, and I've taken them up on it on a few occasions, but I'm the type of person that tries not to take advantage of people's good nature, so I try to keep my requests to a minimum, and only ask when I'm really up against it, so to speak.
