I got a call for an add toner message, the customer added a cyan and black cartridge. They told me they added both bottles two weeks ago and it still saying add toner. I went into the service mode and checked toner remaining for each cartridge I believe it was 3101-9,10,11,12 for B,M,C,Y both magenta and yellow were in the plus side in grams and black and cyan were in the negative ( Black -43.25 grams and cyan -11.345) so the only thing I can think of is the bottle is not being recognized as being new. I could not find a way to reset the bottle as being new, I hunted it down for about 1/2 an hour. The copies are coming out great, so it is adding toner. Someone suggested initializing the dev. but I thought that was a bad idea. I'm not sure if there is an issue with the bottle chip on the black and cyan or what reads them is the problem. I did pull out the black and cyan toner and the machine tells me to insert toner cartridges. Thanks
