MPC3500 Reset Transfer unit possible?

Sorry all, I know I have done this before, just been a while and brain is a bit sluggish lately. I have a client about 40 miles away that has a REPLACE TRANSFER UNIT message on the MPC3500. Can anyone refresh my memory if we can reset these if CQ is fine?
