    Ricoh 3025 SC546

This code just keeps coming back. Sometimes a month will go by, sometimes a day. I've changed heat roller and both thermistors, and can't see anything wrong. Need help please. Hope someone has seen this. thanks

      From the goose guide.

B205/B209 SC 546 Unstable fusing temperature: Fusing unit drawer installed incorrectly 10-Nov-09
B205/B209 SC 546 Unstable fusing temperature: Thermistor disconnected or defective 10-Nov-09

Did you try another fuser as suggested in the previous thread? At least it will let you know if the problem lies within the machine or the fuser itself.

The code is related to the fixing temperature. It seems that an unstable power source is behind your problem. Using a voltage stabilizing device will confirm it. The error has been discussed here in detail:

It turned out to be a bad thermistor. Sorry I didn't get back sooner. Thanks for the help.
