    Aficio 2027 tray 1 often jam ?

    when use tray 1 very often show paper jam , but cannot fine paper , then pull out paper tray and push back , machine will continue print out ducument , just print out few piece paper , then machine will show jam again , customer made noise becauce always go to pull out the tray and push back , i have try clean the feed roller and change the pad ( PARTS NO D010-2821 ) but also often show this signal ? if set to use the another tray , machine done very smooth , please help

      Check for a broken lift spring in the rear or a crack in the plastic chuck of the lift assy that engages the pin of the rear of the paper tray. Either one will cause insufficient pressure of the paper against the feed roller. There are pressure adjustments you can make in SP mode, but then you are just treating the symptom and not the problem.

                  I would also replace feed roller and feed clutch if machine keeps jamming.

                      One other thing I've seen on units of this age, is that the paper tray guides (front right rail) get worn, or cut completely in half from being pulled out and and pushed in. This allows the front side of the tray to droop causing no-feed jams. The tray doesn't sit level so the feed roller can't get a good grab on the paper in the tray.

                              Today i have solve this problem , i am very happy all of you to help and share yours experience , (cause is tray lift assy ) , in this error i have approve my skill and happy customer .
