    [CQ] Quality problema with 3235c

Hello guys and sorry for my bad English. I've a problem with a 3235c. I've changed all pcu and all development unit and transfer belt cleaning unit. Only with cyan and yellow I have the problem you see in the images attached:

With the black and magenta there are no problems. The glass of the laser over the PCU is clean. The transfer roller cyan and yellow which are under the transfer belt are not dirty. I replaced the cyan developing unit one more time, but without it changed nothing. That the inside of the laser is dirty it seems unlikely, since the exterior glass above the PCU was spotless. I cleaned the back of the machine and all the contacts of the PCU and development groups. It makes me think of a transfer belt unit problem or some problem with the high voltage board. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Clean the mirrors and Polygon Motor of the Laser Unit. The exterior glass may look clean, that doesn't mean that the inside of the Laser Unit itself is also clean. If you're going to clean it, be carefull when you remove the unit. You can easily damage the mirror motors.

Yeah it's most likely that the polygon motor mirrors are the issues. You can try just clean the polygon motor mirrors because this can be done with way less effort compared to clean the entire laser unit (no need to lift up the scanner). If the result doesn't look OK (do a test before assable everything) you can still proceed and do a proper cleaning.

Anyone recall the A1224C/3224C? I think one could clean the polygon motor/laser unit every few month since the laser housing was poorly capsuled. At least it was an easy task compared to the 3253C.

I have to agree with the previous suggestions, as the colours giving you a headache are both written to the upper mirror set of the polygon.
