    Re: What fits what

Are you talking about maybe a cross reference chart for the common PM items? I don't believe there is anything official, just what some independent techs/offices have come up with. Your best bet is to use the Product Support Guide (which should be on TESSA), that will list the recommended parts to have on hand. Any specific models you are inquiring about?

Attached is the list of PM parts for the new MP5002. If you notice the right column, it will state if a particular part is unique to this model or can be used on others.

The PM kit list is probably your best bet to finding the commonly used part numbers for most models. The Matrix list will help you quickly cross reference the different model names between brands. These are the latest published from Ricoh.

            I usually go to www.precisionroller.com

If you click on the For Use In: More+
you'll see the entire list of models that that part number fits in.
            =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
