    You say that you checked the sensors, but did you clean them? There is an exit sensor under the reverse guide. It is part # 18 on original transfer 1 Part # GW010007 that looks straight down that if dusty can maybe your problem.

      Looking at the position of the jam I would clean this sensor as well as the felt pad it looks at.
