    I am tending to agree with the view that there must be an electrical issue of sorts, seeing that we have rebuilt about most of the machine (besides the covers! LOL!)

        is it a standalone printer, or is a finisher attached?
        did you check all sensors via the i/o check? maybe one is generating a false signal
        what is the value of vsg (sp3103-001), vsp (sp3103-002), vpdp (sp3103-003) ?
