    richo afficio 350e error

    hi i have been working on a richo 350e and i am getting the error code sc 725-00. any help would be great. thanks

    Finisher stack feedout motor error:
    The stack feedout belt home position sensor does not activate
    within a certain time after motor turned on.

    -Stack feedout sensor defective.
    -Stack feedout motor defective

      thanks for your help but now i have a the code sc547-00 (zero cross problem) not quite sure what that could be any help wold be great. thanks

        Generally bad power supply, or bad wall power. Test power if you can (at least move it to another power circuit), or try another PS.

        Have even seen bad wall power (frequency issues) take out a power supply (twice in a week on same machine). Had to have cust purchase
        high dollar power scrubber to straighten out power before supplying it
        to the copier.

          Service call D level (turn off and back on)
          try checking fuses on the power supply board. try turning on the machine without the finisher connected to it because you had an SC related to the finisher maybe the problems on the finisher damaged the power supply, its worth a try 5 minutes.
