When you say that turns off, what do you mean?

If there's a short somewhere in the Fusing Unit you'll get SC's. The Fusing Unit is being driven by the CNB-Board. You replaced the Fusing Motor, so that leaves the CNB-board as the only suspect. I assume that the Power Supply can be ruled out because the 24V is present (The machine won't do anything without 24V).

Check no harnesses are shorting to the frame, especially around the fuser drive area and the fuser itself.

Had one of these the other day that kept tripping out the customer's RCD but without blowing either the 13A in the plug or the various fuses on the PSU. The cause was..... the halfwit who changed the hot roller last had mis-routed the lamp wire causing it to short onto the frame.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere in the fuser assy. Check all you 110v lines and thermistors/24v lines, one of your thermistors may have worn through.
