Ask your customers DO NOT take toner bottles out - shake it - and put it back in. and you will never have this message again.
Seriously, you have to know how to go into SP mode to turn off toner level recognition then turn machine off and install a new toner bottle with "fresh" chip on it then you can go back into that SP mode and turn low toner level recognition ON again.Comment

As mentioned before - do not forget to turn it back ON after you will install a new genuine toner bottle so it will start monitoring toner level as usual... unless you want to turn it off once and for all
