This may be a good solution. I have a box of cards I didnt install in copiers. they were the one with doc software on them. (cant remember the name).Its not installed just included. I'll check out the size tomorrow.
Just be sure to format them with the Panasonic utility, and they will work fine.

come on, you've got to be kidding right? Ricoh releases machines to the field that are not nearly ready for prime time, then we have to suffer thru multiple updates usually for quite a while till the firmware catches up. Then there's always new operating systems coming out that cause problems until the new firmware comes out to catch up.
I'm just saying, keeping the machines up to date heads off a lot of problems.
As far as I'm concerned, Ricoh dropped the ball on their firmware, and connectivity in general.
A) The machine should have the ability to automatically connect and download any and all updates. Obviously the tech, and even customers would want the option to turn this off and on, but my iPod does it, my Android phone does it, my Linux computers do it, the Windows computers I'm stuck with half-assed do it, why can't my copy machines do it automatically and not have the tech jump through a million hoops.
B) Supposedly the @Remote appliances in managed mode can automatically update firmware, but that's another issue - why do I want to buy another box after I just bought a bunch of machines? And if I don't buy the RC Gateway box then I'm stuck keying in a bunch of idiotically long @Remote codes... Gee, the machine has a serial number embedded into the firmware, and it obviously knows what model it is why can't they just report with that info? What's with the register, confirm, and "are you really sure you want to confirm" process??
C) With all the trouble we've been having with SMTP going to SSL connections, and windows7 (and God forbid windows8) rejecting SMB connections from our copiers at random why hasn't somebody done the obvious. The machines have 320Gb HDD's now - create a mailbox on the machine and do the file sharing from the copier rather than trying to have the copier hack it's way into Bill Gates' latest nightmare OS.
D) Isn't it nice that some of Ricoh's machines come with Data Overwrite Protection right from the box. Is there a reason it isn't enabled by default? ... I mean a reason that makes sense, not some idiotic and anal "engineers don't work on their own products" reason.
Yeah, if we could have the option of having the copier have the mail server built in that would solve a lot of problems for us, and a built in auto firmware update feature that worked well and was easy to use would be a great time saver and would ensure the machines were always running to up to their best capability.
