Enter SP modes and look at the SC code that's causing the restart, that'll tell you what's causing it.

It could be anything. What is the SC code?

For example SC350 is likely a bad toner hopper, SC53x 54x and 55x are all fuser related, and 7xx would be the finisher or other accessories.

you got a laser problem. Before you pull that laser, with the 2 codes I'ld check the door switches!!!!

LD Power Adjustment Adjusts the intensity of the laser for the copier,
printer, and fax unit. The Copier and Printer/Fax
settings can be adjusted separately.

thanks . i met that threat many times no problem .it's always reflection angel is need to correct or prepared variable resistors.some times synchro detector board is too filthy.but problem in customer didn't explain threat well.
