Why not just re-entering the sp values? Almost every machine is hiding a factory sheet with all relevant non-default values. If these aren't available you might find a similar machinetype to print the non-default page and enter these values in your issue-machines, it's not optimal but usually enough to get things up and running for proceeding with fine tuning. I don't have any of these machines in my 2nd hand stock so I can't print and scan the non-def pages.

Why do some people think that you can solve paper jams, add toner messages, fusing sc's, etc by doing a memory all clear? I'm almost 20 years in the business and I only had to do this twice!

        thanks

Can't get away without inputting the real values when you do a memory clear, even if you manage to bring it to ready position somehow it'll create hell lot of problem's,
Anyway did you try 2109-001 2109-002 to to get rid of 329?if not do it if it makes any difference.

If you haven't already checked, remove the outer covers from the devices and you may be lucky to find the data logs attached to one of them. Also check under the control panel lower cover, as I've seen it there sometimes.

Getting rid of these machines was a stupid suggestion. I was even able to recover a "memory all cleared" color mfc without the birth certificate (got probably lost during refurbishing the machine for 2nd hand sale) and that's not less difficult but not impossible, too. Still you're in need of getting in touch with similar devices in order to get related values of the non-default parameters.
