    admin pword protect for print on mpc6000

    How do i enable the pw protect for print at the pc? I have it all set up at the machine for user tracking,but i cant seem to get the pop up for print for user tracking? ive enabled all the admin user rights that i thought i needed to, do i need a diff driver for this feature?

      If you want to use a pop-up for user codes when you print then you'll need to use the print driver editor.

      Alternatively you can embed a code into the driver on each PC if you wish.

        Im sure this will fix it, i remember using it in a server environment before but i just thought it was part of all the driver features

          Remember if you edit the driver it is no longer windows safe certified, so there IT may take issue with it.
