ricoh aficio copying problem

hi guys, i have got my ricoh aficio 2232c color,the machine is not copying,if i place a document for copying,the machine scans the document bt the copy doesnt come out,it shows the "copying" massage.if i dont cancel,it keeps on like that.at first it was producing error 552.does any 1 knows the problem pleas help.

Sounds like a Software Crash try power on/off and Update the Firmware
Maybe Format the Hard Disk also.

Check your pressure roller lamp..probably open

I just saw this issue/proposed solution in another thread. Try disconnecting the HDD; if it stops freezing after that then you know what the culprit probably is.

Remove controller and reseat memory also try printing internals(counter,configuration etc.) from user tools if the same occurs then step 2.
Step 2 reformat HDD SP 5832.
Step 3 will require new devs and pcu's plus writing all sp data, if unable to print it, but performing a sp 5810( i would start with printer,nib and system before doing and all)

SC 552 is a press roller warm up error so more than likely the fuser isn't reaching the proper temperature for printing. The fuser unit is fairly cheap to replace as a unit so try that and see what happens, especially if it's past PM yield.
