Perhaps Not sure I think that pump is for the printer Version wouldnt harm trying I suppose you can sometimes just vac out the old one but it would be only a tempory fix.

It is quite common for the Black pumps to get blocked though we usually stock 4 of each the 2500 and 2800 ones in our stock

B223-3255 pump i was replaced but after repalce the pump the toner sign gone. now the almost empty message come out. really make me headache. anyway the machine running now

toner pumps

The toner pumps do cause issues on these models, mainly due to clutch problems, sometimes if you flush between the clutch plates with IPA and allow to dry, the pump can be refitted with no problem (Removes the oxidised powder that can form between the plates) carry a black pump for the model as the pipes tend to be longer on the black pump, if the pipe is split only option is too order the correct pump for the correct colour as the pipe has a sligthly wider neck just cutting off the end wont cure because you cant get the pipe to fit.

Probably due to the toner bottle changed out and back and the RFID chip is now invalid. Advise the customer to just ignore it, the machine will continue to function as long as it sees toner being added. Once the current bottle is empty and a new one is installed, the message will disappear.
