Web Image Monitor error on Aficio MP 6000
Customer IT department calls and complains that they do not have the ability to add users when logged into the Web Image Monitor. On site and I hit the interface, log in as admin, go to address book and click ADD USER. This brings up a blank page as does CHANGE when trying to edit a current user. Tried from on network, off network, different workstations, different browsers, all result in the same behavior. Upgraded all firmware, reinitialized address book, reinitialized NIB, reformatted HDD, turned WIM on and off, tried different IPV4 address on copier. All have no effect. Users can be added normally via the copier panel and all other functions via Web Image Monitor seem to function perfectly (including ADD GROUP and MAINTENANCE from the address book.) Ricoh tech support has no idea what could cause this behavior. Hoping someone out there has run into this or has any suggestions for fixing the issue. Thanks.Tags: None
