[Electrical] MP c2800 fuser Fan and IOB blow after a week

Hello all . I have just replaced the IOB and fuser fan for the third time in 2 months. the error is sc535 with the fuser fan dead. replacing the fan only does nothing , replacing the iob and fan works for a week.
I suspect that something is making the fan switch on constantly , the excess current takes out both items. I have changed the psu this time and am waiting the outcome over the next few days.
Has anyone seen anything similar? or got any light to shed?

Was the Old fan actually Broken or Just the IOB?

I would replace the PSU with the new modified one as a start thoughpart number AZ24-0195. If its still blowing the IOB after that Check for damaged wires especially ones from the fan to the IOB.

The fan had stopped working , fit it back after changing the IOB and nothing , New Fan ok. ~It could be a trapped wire but with it having "normal operation" switching on and off with temp it's not likely but i have removed the fan IOB harness and phyically checked it , even added insulation through the frame. I'm hoping it is the PSU as its not the IOB.
