had a similar issue not too long ago. i could scan to email and folder, printing was another story. A new network cable fixed the issue. try a cable.

did all of that, made sure wim is on in sp mode etc... still nothing no error in the printer error log either...

Sounds like your SD may have errored. Try forcing a new software printer port to reset the mac address.
