    I know the feeling. We dropped KM a few months ago, but we still have to maintain the equipment in the field. I know the feeling of helplessness when it happens.

    Besides, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's ever been asked to work on something he'd never seen before.
    the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
