Aficio 650 black stripe at back side

anyone can help me for this problem?

every copies come with lightly black at middle of back side of paper.
it look like comes from the transfer belt.it about 1 inch width and 4 inch in length.I have't any idea of this problem.please help me

Take the transfer belt off it's frame and give it a good look over, clean the belt rollers and Bias roller.

Does the mark repeat itself over a piece of paper? If it does roll up the paper and line up the marks so you get a rough idea of the circumference of the part that's causing the problem. If the mark doesn't repeat itself over a single piece then I'd probably look at transfer. If it does repeat itself
then I'd be looking at the pressure roller in the fuser.

The mark can be seen on tranfer belt it self. it on centre of the belt in one inch width and about five inch in length
