[CQ] mp 6001 cannot print

Mp 6001 not receiving print jobs. Scan to email works. Customer saw a RC gate error and ever since they have not been able to print. Win works OK. I can ping the copier also. Had the machine pick up an IP address using dhcp and its still not printing. Try so 5801-01 (all). Still nothing. Reset controller. Etc. Any ideas before I replace the board.
