I have a ricoh c4500 with a toner out error even when then is a new toner bottle put in machine, the black toner bottle only

Most Likely be the Black toner pump has had it, when you replace it make sure to replace/hoover out the pipe also

Toner pumps often fails in these models but not very often when use OEM or Genuine Ricoh Toners,also sticking clutch could be the reason!
