Hi, customer employee changed user password MPC2550, now can't pass that.
I looked through sm high & low and can't find a solution.
Please Help.......

The user code. I hit it lucky and tried "12345" and bingo I was in.
And I'm still trying to change admin but it kicks me back to "you don't have the authority".

I was going to try the wim download if all else failed.
