we have installed three brand new units and all three are having intermittent Jamming in the doc feeder. Anyone else seen this problem and if so what was the solution?

What jam locations are they giving?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

All three have been jamming at the registration sensor in the DF. We are trying buckle adjustments, but without any success. We've checked the one way bearings, but all seem to be ok. Sensors are clean (machines in place less than a week)Comment

Jam code 006 which refers to the paper reg sensor which we have tried to fix by replacing it. But continues to give the same codeComment

Check for a Firmware update unusual to have the same problem on 3 machines its usually the firmwareComment

Check the idle gear on the feed belt drive shaft. The one which the feed belt shaft docks into. I have found on a number of new devices that the idle gear which is supposed to be stuck in position is actually not, and slips intermittenly causing a jam. It all comes as 1 piece in the service manual with the one way bearing on the front, and the idle gear pressed onto the shaft. You will need to remove it and turn it by hand, only way you can tell if it's stuffed or notComment
