    Aficio MP-1100 Display Default Setting

    Hi All,

    Is there any help on the following?
    I have MP-1100 USA version. We are using UK version of copier in our region. This is the first time I experience this issue. Idle display shows Duplex priority as per the pictures attached. I could not find any User option to disable this function. If user start copying without disabling this function it start making double side copies. Each time they want to make any copies they need to disable this option manually.

      What you need to do is turn off the duplex option via the screen, as if you were wanting to make single-sided copies. Then on the operation panel, press the PROGRAM button (physical button). Then on the screen choose "Program as Defaults", then "Program", then "Yes".

      This will set 1-Sided to 1-Sided as the default.

          Everything is perfect now. My client has got 20 machines with the same feature enabled.

              Also note that the Simple Screen has it's own programmable default. Although I've never seen a client that uses it.
