We replaced the print controller. Is there another harddrive on the copier?

Hopefully you miss-typed the SC code, as a SC362 has nothing to do with the hard drive. There is a problem with the Cyan TD Sensor...
SC362 -- TD sensor (Vt high) error 1: C
The Vt value of the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor exceeds the specified value (default: 4.7V) with SP3020-002 for twenty counts.
The [Vt - Vtref] value of the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor exceeds the specified value (default: 5.0V) with SP3020-001.

Harness between TD sensor and PCU defective
Defective TD sensor.

Check the black, magenta, cyan, or yellow TD sensor connector and harness between the TD sensor and PCU for damage.
Check the drawer connector.
Replace the defective PCU.

Yup....Either referencing the wrong manual for this SC code (aficio 2022) or mistyped it. But I don't believe there's an HDD detection error code on C3500

There are a couple of things for the HDD, but even if it were a miss-type, there is no SC862 listed in the manual either...
The only things I can see would be:
