Hey guys,

anyone of you encounter when fax forwarding to email suppose to be in PDF format but still received in tiff format?

parameter setting for switch 21 bit 3 already set to 1.

any other setting that need to be changed???

Or is it not possible to forward to email in PDF?

Looks like switch 21 bit 3 is for folder forwarding.

Any help would be great.

Just because the switch is there doesn't mean it will work.

Mikedci is right.

Just as a heads up: Make sure your sales force knows this. I've had more than a few of them get into deep doo doo because they didn't know this.

Although it looks like it may be a tad too late...

It also appears that the New MP301spf is the same no e-mail pdf.

It looks like the MP2352SP will support it. Switch 45 pdf is default.

I would try updating firmware. I had a different model with the same issue. Firmware solved it.

This small machines not support fax forwarding to email to be in PFD ,only TIFF.

Only fax forwarding on FOLDER can to be in PDF.
